Rotary tables wear out. The bearing surfaces can scratch and cause rough movement. Gears can rust and cause stiffness, or wear out and prevent the table from holding an exact angle. The drive units require maintenance. The castings can warp over time as the rotary table is moved around and bolted down on different tables.

At Studwell we can rebuild, repair, or retrofit any size or style of rotary table. We have experience bringing rotary tables back to very high levels of precision. We can also install digital readouts on older manual rotary tables. It can be very practical to have rotary tables rebuilt. They are usually easy to disconnect from the rest of the machine and send to our shop on a pallet.
